    Hello All

Have just tried to backup all my emails, Outlook 365 created a file but the size shows as zero. Does that indicate the backup has not worked?

    Regards SilverSurf

OST is the file that is used for the exchange mode and uses the server to retrieve them. Backing up would be the PST file (archive file) that is stored on the hard drive. Make sure you save it as a PST file.

    Hello Couriant

For some reason it would not save the mails with PST, so I contacted MS who took remote access, they did quite a lot of work eventually finding the problem then backed them up for me as PST files. They told me my W10 is corrupt and I need to carry out a fresh install of W10.

    Thanks for your help.

    Regards SilverSurf
