I want to know which directory of Microsoft Outlook and Outlook express contains all mails and address book because yesterday I was trying to help to make copy of them onto another partition but I could figure out the location of them. It would be really great for me to get your help on this regard.

    Hi pkrchap

Welcome to Tech Support Guy Forums!

    *Outlook Express*
Locate the directory where Outlook Express keeps it's Message Store:
Tools > Options > Maintenance tab > Store Folder
Message files are in .dbx files, save the entire directory.

Open the Address Book in Outlook Express:
    Help > About Address Book
this will show the directory of the address book, its file extension is .wab

    *Microsoft Outlook*
    File > Data File Management
This will show you the directory and names of the Personal Folders (.pst) files.

Select a file and click the Open Folder button to view the directory containing the .pst file(s).

Let us know if that helps or not.
