bad graphics

    reformated c: drive reinstalled windows 98 now everything is fuzzy and the sound card won't install. any one have any ideas. on how to fix this i'm running a compaq presario with a proview low radiation monitor. please help,i'm ready to throw this thing out the ==== window and use it for a paper weight.

    You need to go <a href=http://www29.compaq.com/falco/sp_list.asp?cat=Desktops&fam=Presario> here <a/> and download the service packs for your video and sound card. Once they're downloaded, execute them to install the drivers. You'll be fine after that.

    If you need help locating them, post the Make, Model Number and Serial number from the back of your Presario.
