Bad Pool Caller

    Hi,

    I have recently had a number of issues with computer closing down whilst in use.

    I've had the following BAD_POOL_CALLER issue

    STOP 0x00000000C2 (0x0000....07, 0x000.......01 098, 0x0000004 020001, 0XFFFFFA808FBDCA40)

    Is anyone able to help

    Download McAfee again to your desktop.
    Uninstall McAfee and then re-install.

    Double click the install icon.
    If using Vista - Win 7 - right click the install icon and select "Run as Administrator"
    A command Prompt window will open.
    Let it scan the Pc - press any key when asked.
    It should now open in Notepad.
    Copy and Paste the result of the scan in the reply box below.
