Bandwidth flactuation problem

    Hi everyone,

    I having facing Bandwidth flactuation issue, i don't what reasons

    1) I have called to ISP peple, they are telling there side fine, and reading showing everything fine.

    2) I have restarted modem, same problem again

    3) We are using Skype software, is there any problem from skype,

    4) Antivirus also updated.

    5) we having two ISPs one airtel,and BSNL


    please tell me what cares to takes to prevent this issue

    Are you relying on speed testing sites or just noticeable fluctuations in downloading? A lot of downloads depend heavily on the ability to upload at the other end - particularly countries where they have ADSL - the UK for example.

    Which firewall are you using?

    we are using cyberoam firewall,, and PRTG grapher for viewing live bandwidth.
