Any knowledge of a good bandwith monitor that creates charts & logs. Not only does it monitor inside bandwidth and the IP address of the user that is using the bandwidth, but it also monitors the outgoing bandwidth of a data connection (ie T-1). Note: I would prefer to have a actual program that does this rather than a website.

    Any Ideas? Thanks

Note that the machine that's monitoring the traffic has to be on a node where it will see all the traffic in question. With switches, that's frequently not the case...
