Barracuda sending SPAM??

We have a barracuda networks spam firewall. When checking the message logs today, I noticed that hundreds of messages were being allowed that weren't to email addresses on our network. The 'from' is a random set of letters and an @adsl-(our public ip address). For example [email protected] The 'to' are about 99% sent to yahoo.com.tw addresses. The subject contain a bunch of asian characters. The have been continuing all morning and I can't figure how to stop or what it is affecting besides the size of the message log. Is this actually occuring in the firewall or on our ISP's side? Thanks in advance for any help/advice.
