Scandisk.bat, dblspace.bat, sufail.bat, defrag.bat sucheck.bat, drvspace.bat, and drivers.dbb have popped up on my desktop after I upgraded IE4 to IE6. Can I delete these or move them somewhere?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
