    Hello:
I'm trying to create a batch file to make a printer to default at the workstation.
Here's what I have so far
    pause
    rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /y /c "\\hal03.stcs.stcolumbanschool.local\hp LaserJet 4250 4350 4240"
    pause
    exit
Here's the error I keep getting: Operation could not be completed. Either the printer name was typed incorrectly, or the specified printer has lost its connection to the server.
I've tried several names with no luck. I've used the share name which is the same name as the printer name listed in the properties of the printer. what am I missing?

    Try using the "/n" option:
    rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /y /c \\hal03.stcs.stcolumbanschool.local /n "hp LaserJet 4250 4350 4240"
