Hi,

Over the last few weeks, my battery life has been suddenly crashing from 50-70% to 1-2% or dying altogether.
I pulled the battery report and found the data to be unusual.
Is this something to worry about and can I get it fixed?

I appreciate any help that is offered!

HERE is the support site for your Acer Swift 5 SF514-54T-58QX Notebook
You should add and save this site in your browser favorites/bookmarks list so you can quickly refer to it when needed.

According to its specifications section, it came with a 4-cell, 56 Wh, Lithium-Ion battery.
It also came with a 65W power adapter.

I'm not a hardware diagnostic expert, so be patient until someone else here who is can try to help you.

Your battery is about 60% health from the original health. According to reviews I read, full charge on basic usage is about 5 hours so you should be seeing about 2 hours of life. If you are seeing it drop/drain faster then the only option here is to replace the battery.
