Hello. I recently purchased a cheaper version of the Samsung I9300, this one came with two batteries of 2100 mAh. The phone is working really well but looking to the future I found other batteries of a higher mAh but designed for this I9300 and I wanted to know if it would be harmful to put a higher mAh battery into my phone

You should be able to as long as the power output/voltage is the same.
