Battlefield 2 Online

I'm trying to create an online acount for BF2 and everytime I do the game freezes at the "Creating Account" sign. I've turned off my antivirus and firewall but that didn't help at all. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening?

you wouldn't be using a router whould you? they have a inbuilt firewall you will need to allow BF2 ports

Yes Im using a router. I enabled DMZ on my router which should automatically open and close ports, but just in case what are the ports I need to open? Also if that doesn't work what can I do?
