Groan...something calling itself 'Virus Response Labs 2009 Evaluation version' has downloaded itself onto my system out of the blue and is sending me popup warnings every minute telling me to download the full version, but I don't need it because I already have AVG7 and AOL Anti-Spyware.
Sometimes I even get warnings from Windows and IE, so maybe the thing has switched off my AVG7 and AOL A-S?
I tried to get rid of it via Add/Remove but the message came up "Removal feature disabled for evaluation version' and it wouldn't go.
I also tried deleting it straight into the recycling bin but the same message came up.
I then ran a full AOL Anti-Spyware scan (it found nothing) to try to lose it, then I did a full AVG7 scan, it found several threats and 'successfully healed' them, but the thing still sits there sending its infernal popup warnings, interrupting my work.
Any suggestions to get rid of it?

Below are a couple of typical wretched messages it's sending virtually nonstop, I click to close them but they're back again a minute later with an annoying 'pop' sound to sit on top of my work..
