Belkin F5D7230-4 router in access only mode and needs to be rest to factory settings.

I have this router connected to my desktop pc and this morning i accidentally put it in access only mode and now cannot get out of it becasue i cant remember the ip it changed to in order to access internal diagnosis centre.
I trawled the internet to find a way of factory reseting it and i cant find a way that works please help

Turn power on.

Hold the reset key for 15 seconds or more.

The router is reset to factory defaults.

Thanks for your help, i tried it and unfortunately it did not work, can you suggest anything else?

How do you know it didn't work? That is the reset procedure, if it doesn't work, the router is probably broken.

What is "access only mode"? Don't think I have that on my (rev. B) router.
