The wireless capability may be disabled or broken.

The page you posted doesn't give any information about the status of the wireless channel. Try looking at the links on the left and post the first two screenshots of the pages under Wireless.

I would change the SSID to something a lot smaller, say MYNETWORK or similar.

    Hi,

It seems to be no wireless connectivity via this router. Only if the wireless clients are connected to the router, the wireless light would be turned on. To isolate the issue please follow the steps given below:

    1. Open Router Setup Page (192.168.2.1).
    2. Click on Channel and SSID on the left hand side of the page, by default the password is blank and you need to click on Submit.
    3. Please make sure the change wireless channel to 6,11 or 1 and change the SSID also.
    4. Make sure the "Broadcast SSID" should be checked and click apply changes.

Try to search for the wireless networks on your wireless computer. If your wireless computer detects the required wireless network, that is well and fine. You can try connecting to the wireless network. But the wireless security is still not enabled.

That might help you connecting to the wireless network and once the wireless network is connected you might see the wireless light on the router.

Later on, you can enable the wireless security on the router and you can reconnect to the wireless network.

    Thank you.

Well, if the wireless is configured correctly, the router is broken. That was the reason I asked to see the configuration, we'd like to determine the status. ;)

    Hi,

The firmware on the router seems to be up to date. Once again you can just reset and reconfigure the router and check, probably that should work.

    Thank you.
