Belkin USB adapter not connecting HELP!

    I have a Belkin Wireless USB adapter Model number f5d7050b, I have been useing this for a bout week trouble free then one day I turned my pc on and it just wouldn't connect it can see my router on the list of routers to connect to it ses acquiring network ip then just goes back to the list of networks scree, then I tried to right click the icon on the tool bar and click repair and whn I do e this it ses that it failed to renew the IP address can someone help me please it would be much appreciated

    Make sure you have the latest driver from Belkin's web site.

    Open a (black) Command Prompt window:
    Hold the Windows logo key and press r; in the Run box type cmd and click on OK.

    Type the following command:

    IPCONFIG /ALL

    [Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

    [Press ENTER after each command.]

    Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
    Paste the results in a message here.

    If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.
