Hi i recently upgraded to windows 7 from XP and in windows XP my wireless adapter worked perfectly, but now i have upgraded to windows 7 i needed to get a new v5 driver, but now i have that the adapter wont find the router, this is really annoying as witout that i cant get the needed drivers for teh computer aswell as anything else making it redundant.

If you need any info i have missed just ask, but as im not familiar with win 7 you may need to tell me how to get it

you need to find the windows 7 driver for the adapter you have on the PC

post back make and model of the machine
are there any drivers for windows7 on the manufacturers website ?

you will have to use a working machine and then copy the drivers across to the faulty machine ..

can only go by the website -

so all the device are now working OK with windows7 - correct

if so please mark as solved - button at top
If not - then that maybe why Dell has listed as not compatable and there are no windows7 drivers available under that make and model
