Ive always trusted ThermalTake, but there are many brands. Just do some research and decide what you like. But keep in mind, that your stock HSF is probably PLENTY to keep a P4 cool, unless you just WANT a different HSF.

Have you ever heard of watercooling, if your serious about cooling you system this is the way to go, it might be a little expensive but it might do what you need.

This is a link to where you can buy water cooling kits:

The best heatsink for socket 478 is the Thermalright sp-97 heatpipe heatsink. It supports fans up to 92x92x38 (119 cubic feet of air can be pushed throught this baby) and outperforms the other socket 478 series heatsinks by far. If you feel like it you could add a little arctic silver 5 and your cpu temp will drop even more. Find it at http://www.svc.com/thsphehe.html.

My friend got this HS\F http://www.svc.com/zaulqucpuco.html for his 2500+ Barton and even when he OC's it to 3200+ it stays under 38 C under heavy load. Plus it is very Silent. So I would have to say get that.
