The best has to be Download Accelerator 7.0 rocks... there is a free version (banner ads) and to purchase is like $30... or something.

Leechget works great and it's FREE! The free version is limited to eight simultaneous downloads (the full version is unlimited), but other than that it's complete... no spyware, no ads.

Fresh Download is highly recommended by those who use it. No spyware, no limits on downloads and it, too, is free.

I use Download Accelerator, paid version, but the free version is packed with spyware. Come to think of it, both Spybot and AdAware report Download Accelerator files as spyware, so I guess the paid version is packed with it, too. Oh well, I like it well enough to keep it...and I don't have it running except on the rare occasions when I use it.

I am just wondering if Leechget is compatible with AOL 9.0 Optimized when it comes to disconnecting at the end of a download? Also, are there any other known problems that it may have with AOL 9.0 or Juno Platinum?
