I have a 1GB 184pin PC3200 DDR400 ram chip that I got online March 2005. I am looking for a match so I can have a pair installed in a new system. I am trying to match it up the best I can, but newegg no longer sells the same thing I bought.

It has a built in heat spreader, so I can't get a good look at it, but it was made by GeIL.

What do I need to look for when I select a new chip?

My Asus A8N5X Mb only has two qualified 1gb vendors listed. Kingston and Corsair listed. Should I try to find one of them and figure I will get a decent match?
