Currently i have a dell m991 monitor.. When i play Cs i experience tearing and must turn on vsync that makes my fps drop to about 75 on average. What would be a good monitor where i could not use vsync and get a solid 100fps?

I was looking at the NEC MultiSync FP912SB and the The ViewSonic 19" (18.0" viewable) P95f+ and P95f+B Which is the best for great gaming?

basically the best one for you is one that supports 100hz at the resolution you play at

I've got a NEC MultiSync. I like it. Seems like a fair monitor at a fair price.
I'd say spend what you can but stay with a CRT and stay away from cheap 21" monitors.
