Best system maintenance tool?

Sup, what is the best system maintenance?
I was thinkinh norton systemworks and system mechanic, any others which r good?

I guess it depends what you want to do. I try to stay away from Norton because of the bloat but I have used the standalone version of Windoctor. System Mechanic scares me. Generally I use Regsupreme Pro for my registry and Diagnose Windows for general cleaning. I also run XoftSpy for malware. IMO there is not one program that does it all safely so after years of experimenting these are the programs that I feel secure with. I also run Spyblaster with the latest updates.
and of course backup, backup, backup.

i dont really like matince tools like doing stuff myself but tuneup is pretty good same as system mechanic and fix it
