This the big diasnostic error message I got this am , can anyone help. Thanks I have Windows xp , DSL , IE 6

Go to Start > Run: enter cmd

At the prompt enter:

netsh reset winsock catalog

and then reboot

This applies to XP SP2, if you have another version a different method is required.
