I'm have XP Home setup with 3 accounts. I have them setup with Mozilla Firefox being the web browser. When my wife goes to her home page, which is setup as her business company login page, all of the web pages and her destop are full size but when she enters her login name and password it won't open into her business account.
So, I changed her web browser back to Inet Xplorer and when goes to her homepage, a big empty white section appears at the bottom of all the pages, even her desktop. When I right click in the big white section a dialog box opens then I go down to Properties another dialog box appears and it shows the Address:(URL) as http://lop.com/passthrough/newpass2.html. Whatever this thing is it, must be causing this big white section to be there. How and where can I get rid of this problem so a full size desktop and web pages will appear without this giant white section being there?? I went into the registry and searched for lop.com and it doesn't find it so I can't delete it there.
Thanks for any help, Jim
