Biggest small business software issues

Hi,

I work for CatalystOffice, we’re looking for some advice from live users. I think we’ve really thought through most of the common hassles with productivity software, like these:

1- Permissions for editing documents (so you can control who can change something)
2- Filing your emails
3- Redundant security
4- Filtering and organizing tasks
5- Effective calendar alerts
6- Managing user licenses
7- Cost and hassle of upgrades

Before we launch next month, are there any issues that we’re missing, or does anyone have a gripe with your current software that you would want included?

Personally, I would put your #6 and #7 at the top of the list, and take #1 off - I have found ways to control who can alter what, and most of my co-workers have no clue...if I worked in a larger office, that might be a problem, I suppose. You don't have any ways to make people not do really stupid things, do you? ;)
