Bing is not a browser, it's a search engine. What exactly do you mean? When you logged in to what?

So as soon as you log in to your computer you're presented with a Bing page without even opening a browser?

OK so it sounds like you have a browser hijack. I'll turn this over to the Malware Specialists to handle from here.

Yes, because it's only Chrome that has the hijack. It's specific to that browser.

Welcome back.

------------
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST)

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system, download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, and that will be the right version.
  • Right-click FRST.exe/FRST64.exe then click "Run as administrator"
  • When the tool opens, click Yes to the disclaimer.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • When finished, it will produce logs called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool was run from.
  • Please copy and paste the logs in your next reply. Note:If you receive a message that the post is too long, attach the logs to your reply.

Hi dano_61

FRST.txt/Addition.txt will appear when the tool is run, but will be incomplete until FRST is finished.
Allow the tool to run for 10 minutes. If it has not finished by then let me know.
