I have a very strange problem. I unscrewed and removed the flap of my case.
Without do something, I see my bios settings goto defaults!
How could this happen??

What "flap" of what case?

Perhaps if you mention what the PC is, it may help us help you.

Perhaps this is a laptop? If so, which "flap"

Anything that momentarily disturms the CMOS battery will cause the BIOS to reset to defaults. It may indicate that the battery connections (CMOS battery cell) got disturbed, but without any info, that is just a guess.

I m not talking for any battery remove. I m talking for just unscrewed the case.
I found the word "flap" in the vocabulary, but u may forget it. U should already understood what I m talking about: Just unscrew/open the case (u can open a case usually from the right or the left side...)

i have a 2nd pc, a dell 2400, has a panel on the left side that can be opened or removed 2 get 2 the interior of the tower. that's how i changed the dvd drive. lil lever on the back u push down while pulling the flap forward. so yep, it can be done on a desktop. :)

So yep, when you opened the case it re-set the BIOS?

I will stay with my answer, that the mechanical disturbance to the PC in taking the case side off has been sufficient to cause a momentary loss of connection of the CMOS backup battery, which is just held under a clip.

The extremely low current involved in the circuit (nano-amps or pico-amps) means that such an event would not be impossible to occur.

No more nonsenses about how u open your cases...

I have opened my case 200 times so far but never seen that before; Just by unscrew the left side I have a bios reset(2 times already).
What could cause that?

Are my posts invisible for some reason?

The cause is almost certain to be "a momentary loss of connection of the CMOS backup battery, which is just held under a clip"

The clip is probably not firm, or the battery has some film or crud on it preventing a solid connection.

This is the third time that I have made this diagnosis in this thread. Yet you still want an answer?

I second kiwiguy's notion. Sounds like he hit the nail on the head. I would try taking the battery out and wiping it and the connector on the board down.

As I said, its not about battery.
Just by opening the flap (last 2 times) I had a bios reset.

It has EVERYTHING to do with the battery because when you disconnect the battery, the bios resets. So if a rattle or some connection disturbance happens, the battery will lose its connection to the motherboard and the thing resets. Or option B, which has not been mentioned is improper static grounding. When you touched your case you could have sent a static charge through the case into the board, causing somthing in the MOBO to go funny causing a reset of the BIOS.Plain and simple. I dont know what part of "there is a connection disturbance" you do not understand but, Kiwiguy and I have pretty much hit the nail on the head.

I didnt say I disconnected the battery.
I only said I have a bios reset just by opening the case (and do NOTHING else).
Cant tell it more simply.

Note: Usually, when I open the case I touch a metal object which placed in the floor. Lately I removed to another room, where the floor is wooden. Do u think this(wood) has something to do with?
