Please Any One Help Me...
How can I updated my Bios? I have download The BIOS Update files and now i dont know how to install it..

Presumably you downloaded the update from the computer/motherboard manufacturers website,
go back there & look for the installation instructions, print them out & follow them to the letter.

If you can't find them, don't attempt it, do you have a specific need to update the BIOS?
