Recently my dell dimension e521 was not used for awhile. I unpacked it and started it up and i got a message saying low voltage in battery. So i thought it was time to buy a new battery 2032 for mother board. I restarted the pc and went to setup to erase low voltage battery log in maintenance section. I then exited and restarted my computer because it froze. When i did so my computer now is stuck every time at load up screen and i cannot access F12 or f2 because my keyboard suddenly does not work. I tried replugging it to another usb port and nothing. I do not know a lot but i heard i must configure or reset my bios. I do not know how to do this. Please someone help me asap and please explain it clearly I'm not that advance in rigs.:(

    cmos reset
    turn the computer off
remove the power lead from the back
    take the side off
    remove the cmos battery
move the cmos jumper from pins 1 and 2 to pin 2 and 3 and the back to pins 1 and 2
    reinsert the battery
    put the side on
    replug in the power lead
    boot the computer
