Hi guys, I recently bought a Clevo Vortex II from pcspecialist.co.uk. It's an amazing piece of kit but I've been having some problems with the integrated webcam. The OS is Win7 x64 and the cam is a Bisoncam NB Pro. As it was a custom build I got a CD with all the necessary drivers, which I've installed, including those for the cam. Along with the cam drivers a utility was installed: 'Webcam Installer 3.32'. Upon opening said program, I got an error message:

'Stopping Capture (Device Lost). Please turn on the camera power by pressing the Fn+F10 or clicking the 'Camera On' icon in popup menu.c'

After turning the camera off and on (via the aforementioned function hotkey), and trying again, I got the same error. The cam won't run in Skype etc. Had a look at the driver - 6.1.7601.17514. Tried to update through the Device Manager, but it said they were up-to-date. Googled the drivers and it seems like there's a newer one out (6.64.2728.04), but I can't seem to find a download link anywhere, only a reference to its existence on pcpitstop.com. Is that likely to be the problem?

    Cheers for the help!

Edit: Managed to find what I thought was the driver on the Clevo website, when I executed it installed a program called 'BisonCam' on the desktop, which brought up the same window as the 'Webcam Installer 3.32' mentioned above, and gave the same error message. However, I looked at the Device Manager again and it says the installed driver for the cam is still the original 6.1.7601.17514...
