Are you entering the a Bitlocker password/pin or the Bitlocker Recovery Key?

Although if its restarting right after you enter the key then I don't think it's rejecting the key but just failing to boot Windows after it accepts the correct key.

You may need to unlock the drive usign this method and try to run some repair or recovery options on it from a Windows 10 USB installation stick: https://medium.com/@erisu/cant-ente...d-for-preparing-automatic-repair-8bcce9cc08a8

Alternatively you can try to recover your data unless you have a current backup and then wipe and reinstall: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials...air-tool-recover-encrypted-drive-windows.html
