I have a small issue with BitMiner Client that makes the CPU preform much slower than the GPU. Should it be more than the 0.29MHPS that I'm getting (GPU is at 174MHPS- Overclocked)?

This is a gaming laptop and as I'm replacing it with a better desktop soon, I'm using it to make some money through the powerful hardware on it (new machine might even be a dedicated BitMiner machine- this is with a 2 1/2 year old GPU that is preforming faster than a GTX 680(!)).
Do you have any advice on BitMining and BitCoins- I own a large gaming community and I think this is a good way to get the money (will exchange BitCoins for real-world money).

    Thanks all! :)
