black boot cd's....useful or a scam

ive been seeing quite a few of these so called black boot cd's on ebay, i just wondered if its just a bunch of stuff you can download on the internet or if they are actually useful

Isn't anything on the advertised disk you don't already have or, if you don't, that cannot be obtained for free. Remember 'a fool and his money are soon parted'.
