So, I have a Samsung cf39 series monitor and when I turn it on it switches between hdmi and analog and then it turns off.. then the led light starts flashing ( the light that shows if the monitor is off or on ). And it’s connected to the pc by an HDMI cable and VGA cable, i believe it’s not the pc since the all the fans are on like the CPU fan, the power supply fan, the graphics card fan.. so, i don’t think it’s that (I might be wrong).

Same problem after connecting a different known-good monitor?

Or, after connecting that monitor to a different computer?

What graphics card is in that computer, or if using a Cpu with built-in graphics what Cpu is it ?

If you are using an HDMI to VGA cable they often do not work and you will need an HDMI to VGA adapter with built-in electronics instead.
Which end is HDMI, the computer or the monitor ?
