    Hello guys,
I've got a real problem on my hands and i don't know what to do. i use to have Zone alarm because someone suggested I download it but it really screwed up my computer everytime I would surf the web or bootup, so I deleted it. I would get a Winmgm32 (Not responding) and I would have to go to Control Alt Delete to get rid of it. Now that I've deleted it (I used the uninstall program) my problems started, now when I bootup my computer it stays at the black screen and says" Cannot find a device file that may be needed to run Windows or a Windows application. The windows registry or SYSTEM.INI file refers to this device file no longer exists. If you deleted this file on purpose, try uninstalling the associated application using its uninstall or setup program. vsdata95.vxd press a key to continue" But I did use the uninstall program to get rid of it?
Can some please help me get my computer to bootup normally.

You will need to go into your registry and delete the key referring to that file.

I suggest running regedit and searching for that file and deleting only that key.

If you want to completely remove zone alarm, you would need to remove ALL the keys mentioned in the above link.
