All i see is a black screen(it is even in sleep mode)
When i start my pc, all the fans start working, HDD too, but I dont see anything on screen.
My keyboard is not even active(i have back light) therefore i cant spam the bios button, but even if i could, my screen isnt turned on...
I tried removing hdd, placing the Win7 install CD but it still wont boot from the installation disk.
I removed the battery on the motherboard to reset bios but it didnt help.
From what I read MBR might have become defective(i have no idea what it is and how to fix it)
    Specs are:
    I5 4460
    GTX 1060 6 GB
    GA-B85-HD3 Gygabite motherboard
    1TB seagate HDD
    8GB ram
    500W PSU.
    Win10 64x.
Im really desperate, and need help.
I cant stand all the problems happening to my pc anymore.

Is your monitor not receiving input, or is it receiving a black screen?

Since it is in sleep mode I would guess there is no input.
I tried both integrated and gpu graphics, both dont work.

Is your keyboard connected via USB?

I believe that your motherboard is defective. That would explain why there is no display and USB output.

Don't go out and buy a motherboard just because I think it's defective though, that is just what I believe to be the issue.

When did this issue start occurring?

Well I have my mouse connected to USB too, and it has 2 stages of lights
It is partially lit when just plugged in and fully lit when windows is booted.
And it is still partially lit as usual, so USB has output power, although i cant charge my phone from it.

It started after i tried to clone my HDD to SSD, but it failed due to defragmentation.
