BlackBerry Tour 9630. IT Policy Argh!

    So I just got a BlackBerry Tour 9630 from work. It has an IT Policy on it that does not allow me to install any third party apps or delete software from it. The phone has links on it go download facebook, pandora, etc... At first I wanted to get some software installed and found out that the IT policy prevents that. Now I just want to get rid of those links from the menu screen completly however I dont want to just hide them I want them gone for good. Is there any way to get around the dang IT policy to do that? Thanks.
