I am trying to download an app but my computer keeps blocking it as it has a low security threat. Please can somebody tell me how to unblock it or allow it. I am not very technical!

Thank you

I think you may have marked this "solved" in error. If that's the case, please provide the name of the app in question and advise what is blocking it. Is it Windows Defender or some other security program you have installed?

Thank you for replying. I have solved the problem. My computer kept blocking the app even though I clicked to allow it. I deleted everything connected with the app, ran the full scan then restarted the computer several times and tried again. Eventually it allowed it to install but a load of junk came with it so I uninstalled all the unwanted stuff. What a faff!! I got there eventually.
