blocking myspace ????? help?

Id like to know how I could block myspace without using an antivirus program or parent control on XP i googled it and came up with adding ports or something to a HOST file that i had to open up with notepad, if anyone has an idea on how i can block myspace without using an antivirus program or internet options on IE it would be much appreciated

Editing your HOSTS file does not involve using an anti-virus program or any options settings in IE.

If you are connected through a router that has parental controls, you may be able to set it to block the connection to Myspace.
