Laptop showed this error and now remains in blue screen. Tried restarting 3 times and going onto safe mode, but it keeps looping back to the blue screen.
Boot your PC and let it go as far as it can, Now hold and keep down the Shift key and re- boot your PC. Windows should open to the "Choose an Option" window....

From that window select "Troubleshoot" from the next window select "Advance Options" from there select "Startup Repair" from there follow the prompts, does that help....?
There is a good possibility that your problem is not virus or malware related. It may be related to a hardware issue or a problem with Windows. I have moved your thread to our Windows 10 forum where more members may be able to assist you. Please use the "Report" link at the bottom of your post if you are using a different version of Windows and request a site mod or administrator move it to the correct Windows forum.
