Blue screen appears plus a warning that Sytem needs installation of spyware?// Please

    My screen just went to blue and states that "Warning spywrae threat detected on your pc"
    to protect your computer from spyware attacks click here"
    And then a warning keeps popping up from the active process bar saying
    "system needs neseccary installation of spyware"
    When i close the pop-up this web site appears http://total-pc-protection.com/?aff=242

    pop-up window comes up as a warning sign in running processes saying also "your firewall is at risk" and "risk of network attack"
