So usually when I dual boot Windows 7 and Windows 10 after getting into 10 and coming back to 7 it just Blue Screens.

This usually fixes itself when I boot back into 10 and it detects some errors in and starts an error check. If that doesn't work usually the repair option shows in Win 7 and a forced chkdsk fixes it.

However this time nothing seems to work. Even the Win7 repair option is blue screening. I know it's not a hard drive issue since i'm running Windows 10 off it.

Forcing a chkdsk on the Win7 partition in Win 10 also doesn't work, just fails.
