Hi: I got a used computer and have started getting BSOD shutdowns after the computer has been on for a while. I day trade currencies and the charts I use have a lot of temporary files that are sent to the computer. I don't know if that has a bearing on my problem, but thought you might want that info. On restart there is no problem.

    Here is the Sysinfo:
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64 bit
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 42 Stepping 7
    Processor Count: 8
    RAM: 8169 Mb
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M, 1024 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: 677 GB (477 GB Free);
    Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer Inc., G73Sw
    Antivirus: Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Disabled

The previous owner was a very experienced user and has left a lot of stuff on here that will not be useful to me or will not be available since I don't have his passwords. I ran a Belarc advisor on it and was surprised on the amount of stuff on it. I'm not sure how to send you the Belarc info if you need it since apparently it is a webpage, but I think I could save it as a HTML webpage.

I was further surprised that he didn't give me a clean computer since I bought it from a large company in the business of selling computers and other electronics. I have been adding my own programs and removing some of his as I go.

I read through some of the threads on Tech Guy for BSOD and saw one where it was solved. I learned what one of your Tech Men wanted in order to analyze the problem and have attached a folder with the most recent minidumps. I hope this is the correct procedure.

Thank you so much for your time and trouble on this. You guys are the best.

    Cheers, Bill Henslee

You appear to have purchased an ASUS ROG G73SW 17.3" laptop.
It appears it originally came with Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional or Ultimate SP1 64-bit.
What's the exact Windows 7 version on its Certificate-Of-Authenticity sticker?

If you bought that laptop still containing "debris" from its previous owner, that may be the root of your problem.
It's usually best to do a clean install of the Windows operating system and get a fresh start.

It is a windows home premium OA version. The serial number is 9b873-3xkkk-3h474-prcf3-fgd3f.

Would an upgrade to Win 10 help this computer?

    Thanks, Bill Henslee

Your ASUS laptop appears to have these primary devices:
    NVIDIA graphics
    Realtek high definition audio
    Realtek gigabit ethernet
    Intel wireless

so it is a good candidate for Windows 10 Home 64-bit, but that's YOUR decision to make the switch.
If you do decide to make the switch, I recommend you do a "clean install" of Windows 10 Home 64-bit instead of doing an "upgrade install" from Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
This will prevent debris and issues from being carried over from one operating system to the other.

I hate to reveal how stupid I am about all this, but does a "clean install" mean I should wipe the computer and get a new WIN 10 disk to install? I don't know how to reinstall on a blank hard drive.

HERE is where you obtain Windows 10 Home 64-bit so you create a bootable install DVD.
You should be able to do an "upgrade install" or a "clean install" and then activate it afterwards, but you need to have the computer knowledge to do it.
This is not something that we can instruct and walk you through from here.
Do you have a computer-knowledgeable family member or friend who can devote several hours to doing it for you?

I have downloaded a lot of my programs (with their passwords or licenses) to the computer. I don't want to go through all that again. And I don't have anyone to help me with a clean install. I think I will try to take off all the previous programs and debris using my Revo pro uninstaller first and then get an upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10. I'd appreciate any tips on where to get an upgrade or anything else as I will be flying blind. :)

Thanks again for all your help.

I agree with Blueharp analysis as shown below and is listed in all of your dumps as the most likely cause. After updating and testing with the updated FLxHCIc.sys driver. Then you may want to consider updating the other drivers listed below if available to prevent possible other future errors. Several of the drivers are related to an old version of Kapersky. I recommend removing it and only using Windows Defender for best performance, compatibility, protection and less issues. It is always a good idea to create a Restore point prior to updating drivers.
