I've posted this problem before and got some answers, but none have worked. I've checked the memory, and followed some steps people gave me but the problem continues.

I'm computer literate but not very good at the technical stuff so please dumb down your answers for me!

    Here's the message:

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation ask your hardware or software maufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced set up options, and then select safe mode.
    Technical information:
    ***STOP: 0x000000D1 (0xE1DB73A4, 0x000000F, 0x00000000, 0x82B019D6)
    Beginning dump of physical memory
    Physical memory dump complete

Thanks for any help in advance!

I should also add I've updated graphics drivers after the problem first started, so they don't seem to be the problem.

Have you also gone into the BIOS at start-up time and disabled any BIOS caching, as suggested in the error message, and if so has it helped?
