Hi :) My mom is having some serious issues with her PC. She's running XP Home Edition.
I haven't seen first hand what the problem is but she's telling me that when she starts her pc it goes straight to a blue screen with the following info on it:

A problem has been detected and windows must shut down. Page fault in non page area. If new hardware has been recently installed disable new harware. Or disable bios memory. Cache/shadowing.

When she tried to go into safe mode it just takes her back to the blue screen. She's not able to get to any of her programs at all.

Can someone plz give us some ideas on how to fix this?

Thank you :)

Google the text in the error and check for a Microsoft article about it, they're usually able to solve things clearly. Keep this thread up incase that doesn't help, though. :)
