blue screen message 0x00000024

My dell laptop won't boot..shuts down. Couldn't get it to do anything finally got to the diagnostic screen am running a system tree check? not sure what to do once that is completed?

Any history to this problem? Were you having any other problems?

Have you tried Safe Mode?

Yes before my computer was freezing so I would turn it off and restart..
