Thanks for the screen shot! However, the minidump file, located in c:\windows\minidump contains important information.

Please use the following method to make the minidump file to TGF members.

SSave the <minidump.zip> to your desktop.

Open your thread.
Left click "go advanced"
Enter at least 3 characters in the text box.

Left click "manage attachments"

enable popups, temporarily if you use IE

Browse to your desktop.
Select / Left click your <minidump.zip>

Left click upload
Left click close window

Left click "submit reply"

Create a folder, such as "TGF_Jan2013" WITHOUT the quotes, on your desktop

Copy the 3 most recent minidump files to TGF_Jan2013 or whatever you decided to call the folder.

Then, right click said folder.
Left click "send to"
Left click "compressed (zipped) folder

Upload that folder to a reply.

Please provide the following:
Approx date the computer last worked well.
What happended just before the onset of the problem? For example, Windows update, anti malware update, program installation; program removal;
Check the Windows update history

control panel > upper right, view by select "large icons"
Open Windows Update
On the left, left click update history.
Look for updates successful or unsuccessful on the date & on the date previous to the onset of the problem.

Brand / model, mode # of your computer, or its motherboard
CPU
RAM
Video Card
Antimalware installed

Or in lieu of the hardware specifications, try to run this http://forums.techguy.org/site-comments-suggestions/981827-tech-support-guy-system-info.html
I don't know if it will run without installation.

Try installing it in safe mode.

Try updating Java using safe mode with networking. If you have a wi fi connection, you might not be able to connect. HOWEVER, you can download the Java Update in normal mode, then boot to safe mode & install it.
www.java.com
Left click "downloads" in the large red colored banner near the top
Left click "see all java downloads"
Left click Windows Offline

I recommend the steps involving Java as a test.

Secrets:
Did you build your computer? If so, congratulations; I enjoy building mine, too.

Please verify that this is your motherboard. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3645#ov
If not, please provide the product page for your motherboard.

What is the speed of your ram? If > 1 stick [ prob is ], are the sticks the same brand, speed & type?

Which video card; brand, model & model #?

Which HDD, capacity, brand, model & model #?

edit: How much free space is on the HDD's C: partition?

Same for any other add in cards.

Which power supply?

Any overclocking of CPU, GPU, ram?
If so, re-set it / them.

I would do the following if this were my computer:
1.
Disconnect all peripherals EXCEPT mouse, monitor, keyboard.
Test by trying to install something.
If succesful, re-connect items 1 at a time.

2.
Use the system config utility
create a system restore point
start > search
type: msconfig.exe
Left click on it.
If the computer is in selective startup, left click the services & startup tabs. Note which items are checked & which are unchecked. Make a list, or take a screen shot or an image. Don't list "the 1st five things are diabled" because the order will probably change.

Set it to normal mode.
Left click "ok"
reboot

If in normal mode, left click the "services" tab
Left click the box to the left of "hide all Microsoft services"
THEN, left click the button labeled "disable all"
Left click "apply"
Left click the "startup" tab
THEN, left click the button labeled "disable all"
Left click "ok"
Reboot your computer.

Try to install the Java update, or some other program.
If it works, it means that something that we disabled is causing the problem.

If it works, return to system config, select normal mode [ because your anti malware probabaly isn't functioning ]
Left click "ok"
Reboot
report back.

If the problem persists, it is caused by corrupt Windows [ which may have been corrupted by malware ], or hardware, or malware on your computer.

3.
If the problem persists [ when the computer was in selective startup; items disabled per my instructions:
Remove & re-seat the ram.
Run W7's mem diag & / or Memtest I prefer the W7 mem diag, run for at least 8 hrs unless an error has been found.

4.
If no errors are found, remove & re-seat all add in cards.
While you are at it, look for faulty capacitors. You can see examples at http://badcaps.net; images on the right.

5.
Run driver verifier; see below.

RF123

BCCode: 1E 0x0000001E

Remove ALL power and reseat all the cards, memory, and cables (both ends when
possible) - actually remove and replace - do not just snug. Those are for a PC and about all
that can be done for a laptop is reseat the memory and clear the vents. Make sure the BIOS,
low level chipset drivers, and major device drivers are all up to date by check manually at the
makers' sites.

Many Bluescreens are caused by BIOS, low level chipset drivers, and other major device drivers
which are not the most current even though the computer is new. Check manually for updates
using the methods for updates as indicated in the troubleshooter linked above and/or the methods
below (which are the same).
