Sounds like it might be overheating. When it starts to lag, if you open the Task Manager and look at the processes tab -- do you see anything other than System Idle Process with a high CPU time?

What readings can you get from Speedfan when this is happening? Look for anything consistently 70c or higher or any rise of greater than 30-35c from a completely cold boot.

I can run a debugging utility on the dump files if you do this:

1 > create a new folder on the desktop and call it "dumpcheck" or whatever you like
2 > navigate to c:\windows\minidump and copy the last few minidump files to that folder. *this assumes 'c' is your boot drive, if it is not, subsitute accordingly
3 > close the folder and right click on it and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.
4 > use the "manage attachments" in the "advanced" reply window to upload that zip file here as an attachment.

If you do not see any minidumps, be sure you are not using any cache cleaner such as CCleaner. Also run sysdm.cpl and select Advanced > Startup and Recovery. Make sure "small memory dump" is the one chosen under "write debugging information" and the location should be %systemroot%\minidump

I've looked at a sampling of the bugchecks and they all appear to be the same. The type is one I've never seen before, but appears to indicate a hardware failure of the NIC device.

The faulting driver is for the Realtek NIC

    Rtenicxp.sys driver .sys information
Product name: Realtek 10/100/1000 NIC Family all in one NDIS Driver
Description: Realtek 10/100/1000 NDIS 5.1 Driver
    Manufacturer: Realtek Semiconductor Corporation

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...0080+&btnG=Search&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=

You can try reinstalling the Realtek drivers -- but if the issue is really the hardware -- then you need to replace that. Hopefully it is not integrated on the motherboard.

If it is, then you would need to disable it and install an ethernet card as a substitute.
