Blue Screen Shutdown

    My computer keeps shutting itself down. The problems it reports is this:

    Hi Jessica and welcome to TSG.
    We need "dmp" for more analyze here .
    First of all you have to find a way to access to your "C" drive, such as using Windows original DVD.
    Please find last 5 "dmp" files, zip them first and then upload here.
    The files are stored here "C:\Windows\Minidump\"

    Hi. thanks for your response. Sorry for the delay; the issue seemed to go away for a few days but is back in full force now. Here are those dmp files.

    It's about a USB device that probably attached to your computer, Can you please tell me about all USB devices that you use ?

    I had a mouse, but removed it last week and haven't used it since. Problem went away, until last night. Same problem with shut down, but no mouse attached.
