it 1st started sporadically printing from like picture viewer or something and i didn't pay attention. then it started with outlook 2003 sporadically. then i reinstalled winfax and now its all the time from outlook and started in corel as well.

I get stop: oxoooooo8e (oxcoooooo5, oxbf3cde63, oxaf4b6c8c, oxoooooooo)

wfxdnthq.dll

address bf cde63base @ bf 3cdooo, Date Stamp 3941101

i can't find the driver to download to replace it, nor any support on symantic, nor on microsoft. and of course when i call its not supported since symantic doesn't own it anymore and miscrosoft points to dell and dell points to microsoft and symantic. IM DESPERATE!

thanks, tiff

You can get the print driver by doing the following:

In the WinFax PRO Message Manager, click Tools, and click Maintenance Utility.
Click Launch Application or Applet, select Printer Driver Installer, and click OK. The following message appears: "Printer driver was successfully installed!"
Click OK, and click Yes when prompted to relaunch Message Manager.

Let's hear if that fixed it.

These are the complete instructions that I found, if that doesnt work, i'll be out of ideas:

(directly from symantec)

Situation:
You are missing the WinFax PRO 10 printer driver, or it has become corrupted and you want to reinstall it. If the printer driver is corrupt, you may notice any of the following symptoms:

- You cannot print to WinFax from any application.
- You cannot send attachments.
- You see an error message when trying to print to WinFax or attach files.
- The Send dialog box does not appear.
- The WinFax printer driver Properties dialog box displays two tabs instead of four.
- You see the Print dialog box twice, but nothing happens.
- The Print dialog box appears briefly, but nothing happens.
- You see the following error: "Could not start print job" when printing from an application.

Solution:
Please test after completing each section to see if the problem is resolved. If the problem persists, continue to the next section for another resolution.

Reinstall the printer driver using the Maintenance Utility

In the WinFax PRO Message Manager, click Tools, and click Maintenance Utility.
Click Launch Application or Applet, select Printer Driver Installer, and click OK. The following message appears: "Printer driver was successfully installed!"
Click OK, and click Yes when prompted to relaunch Message Manager.
Rename the Printer Driver files, and re-install WinFax PRO
Exit all open programs and stop the WinFax PRO service if you are running Windows NT.
Click Start, point to Find, and click Files or Folders. The Find dialog box appears.
From the Look In drop-down list, select the drive onto which you installed WinFax PRO.
Check Include subfolders (if not already checked).
In the Named field, type: wfxdnt40.dll and click Find Now. Windows displays all files matching the search criteria.
Select the found file, click File, and click Rename.
Rename the file to: wfxdnt40.old and press Enter. The file is renamed.
Repeat these steps for the following files as well:

Wfxdnthq.dll
Wfxmnthq.dll
Wfxmnt40.dll
Wfxpnt40.dll
Wfxunt40.dll
Wfxsnt40.exe

Close all open windows and restart the computer.
Restart the WinFax PRO installation, select Custom Install, and install Program Files Only.
Restart the computer once the installation is finished.
Manually add the printer settings to the Win.ini
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type msconfig and then click OK.
Click the Win.ini tab.
Double-click the [Devices] entry.
Click New, and then add these two lines of text:

WinFax=WINFAX,FaxModem:
WinFax (Photo Quality)=WINFAXHQ,FaxModem:

Double-click the [PrinterPorts] entry.
Click New, and then add these two lines of text:

WinFax=WINFAX,FaxModem:,15,45
WinFax (Photo Quality)=WINFAXHQ,FaxModem:,15,45

Click OK, and then click Yes when prompted to restart the computer.
